Books Pack Order Form

Due to the positive response from our community as well as demand for our programs, at this time, book packs will be available for weekly pick up from The Maryland Book Bank for families that have not yet had the opportunity to participate!  We are offering limited slots for each date so we encourage you to sign up soon as spots WILL fill!

 

• We will offer pick up on select Wednesdays from 10am-12pm.

• In order to receive a book pack, you MUST fill out an order form ahead of time.  We can not distribute books to those that have not filled out an order form.

​

• Please only fill out one order form per person and only sign up for one book pack per month to enable us to serve as many children as possible. We reserve the right to cancel repeat book packs.

 

• Due to high demand and the time required to prepare book packs, anyone who does not come to pick up their pack on their selected date may be ineligible to take part in future book pack distributions.
