When are you open for browsing?

The Maryland Book Bank is open on Wednesdays from 3pm-5pm and Saturday from 9am-11am.  We also offer appointments!  Email Kim (ktabb@marylandbookbank.org) to set up an appointment for browsing.

Do you only accept children's books?

We accept books of all reading levels and genres in good condition. Children's books through YA are distributed through our Book Bank and Bookmobile programs, and adult books are sold with proceeds benefitting those programs.

How can I buy from your adult collection?

We do not sell adult books on site,  but you can search for us (The Maryland Book Bank) on online book retailers like Amazon to shop our adult books and support our non-profit work.

I want to donate books/host a book drive.

Can I donate outside of your open hours?

Yes! Our south-covered loading dock is open 24/7 for book donations and donation receipts can be sent digitally.
