For the safety of our staff, volunteers, and patrons, the Maryland Book Bank will be closed on Saturday, September 23rd due to the impending severe weather.
Donations may be left on our covered donation dock at

Become A Member
We are pleased to offer both paid memberships and free options which allow our visitors to take the books they need to fill the home or classroom libraries!
Our Members enjoy benefits like unlimited visits and books as well as exclusive access to special events.
Non-Members may also visit once per month and take 25 books and children are always welcome to take as much as they can carry!
Benefits of Membership:

Visit the Book Bank as often as you like during our normal open hours and take an unlimited number of books. Members may also make appointments to come in at other times! Contact Kim ktabb@marylandbookbank.org to schedule.

Special member-only events such as our back-to-school and holiday extended hours.
Memberships are available for individuals:
Individual Membership $45
Please note: As of 8/14/2023, we will only offer Individual Memberships! If you have a current Organizational Membership it will be honored until its next expiration date.
